The Importance of Updating Your Practice’s Systems

Remember, for the best performance — particularly for users with large client lists or very complex returns — we suggest exceeding the recommended system requirements where possible. While TaxAct Professional may be able to run on systems that don’t meet these standards, performance will be suboptimal. To maximize your usage and to ensure full security, please take a few moments to make any necessary updates to all systems in your practice.

As always, our support team is happy to help with any questions you may have about your TaxAct Professional products. We recommend having your IT resource ensure all systems you’re using are properly installed and mapped to the correct drives for all users for proper functionality prior to contacting TaxAct Support.
