Even though this April 15th is looking quite a bit different than what we were expecting, we know many of you are still working to complete client returns and we’re here to support you now and through the extended July 15th deadline.

It’s still possible the IRS and state agencies may be processing returns slower than usual today, so please expect some delays in seeing the updated EF status.

TaxAct Professional has updated its hours of business in order to provide the practices we serve with additional support through the extended filing deadline. Support hours are now as follows:

  • April 15
    • 8am – 10pm
  • April 16 – July 10
    • Monday – Friday: 8am – 6pm
    • Saturday & Sunday: Closed
  • July 11
    • 9am – 5pm
  • July 12
    • 10am – 5pm
  • July 13-15
    • 8am – 8pm
  • July 16 – December 31
    • Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
    • Saturday & Sunday: Closed
