The Kentucky Department of Revenue (KY DOR) is transitioning from OneStop to MyTaxes for all tax filers on March 14, 2025. To prepare for this transition, KY DOR will pause operations from February 26 for two weeks, which may cause delays in KY return processing.

Attention Colorado Preparers – e-File Processing Delay
The Colorado DOR has informed us that they will not begin processing e-filed returns until mid-February. Anticipated e-file processing start dates are as follows:
Individual – February 11, 2025
Business – February 10, 2025
Fiduciary – February 10, 2025
Once e-filing has been Approved,  you can complete and e-file Colorado returns, however, you will not receive any CO acks other than “pending - waiting for acceptance” until the Colorado DOR begins processing electronically filed returns.

Shutdown for "Send Submissions" only is scheduled to begin at 11:59 a.m. (noon) Eastern time, Thursday, December 26, 2024. Transmitters can continue to use the other service requests except "Send Submissions" until 11:59 p.m. (midnight) Eastern time, Thursday, December 26, 2024.

IRS Shutdown has begun on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time, in order to prepare the system for the upcoming Tax Year 2024 Filing Season.
Important Note:Â Only "Send Submissions" for 1040 (both State and Federal) will be affected by this shutdown, all other services such as "Get Acks" and all state services will not be affected by the shutdown and users should be able to continue to use those services. Business (BMF) returns are not impacted by this IMF Production Shutdown schedule.
