Louisiana – 1065 State Form Update

The State of Louisiana has released information that they will not be accepting 1065 Business Returns until after the Federal Filing Deadline of March 15th due to a number of changes on their end. Louisiana is stating they expect the 1065 form to be eligible for e-file in mid to late March.  The delay in accepting 1065 State Returns will not affect the filing of 1065 Federal Forms.
