What is a remote Tax Expert? In this position, you’ll play an important role in helping TaxAct customers utilize TaxAct’s online DIY product to confidently file their taxes. You’ll answer customer questions, review tax calculations, and provide expert guidance/advice throughout the season.

- Three (3) or more years of experience preparing federal individual income tax returns.
- Must have active unrestricted credentials: Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or practicing tax attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
