In-Software Assistance

Within TaxAct Professional you will find information in our new Notification Center. Updates are posted regularly regarding State releases, product updates, and general support information. You can also select F1 for Program Help or F2 for IRS Form Instructions.

Finally, you can always contact the TaxAct Professional Support Center. We are currently operating on extended hours through Monday, April 15. Exceptions will be prior to the April tax filing deadline:

  • April 13 (Saturday): 9 am – 8 pm
  • April 14 (Sunday): 10 am – 8 pm
  • April 15 (Monday): 8 am – Midnight
