Louisiana – 1065 State Form Update
The State of Louisiana has released information that they will not be accepting 1065 Business Returns until after the Federal Filing Deadline of March 15th due to a number of changes on their end.
Louisiana is stating they expect the 1065 form to be eligible for e-file in mid to late March. The delay in accepting 1065 State Returns will not affect the filing of 1065 Federal Forms.

Statue Update – North Carolina Processing State Returns
You may submit your clients North Carolina state forms at the same time you submit their federal form beginning January 24.
Due to the late approval of the state budget, which included multiple tax law changes, North Carolina will not start processing e-files until mid-February.
These returns will show in the queue, but you will not receive status updates until North Carolina starts processing.
