Attention TaxAct Professional Users, The Kentucky Department of Revenue (KY DOR) is transitioning from OneStop to MyTaxes for all tax filers on March 14, 2025. Attention Colorado Preparers – e-File Processing Delay

The Colorado DOR has informed us that they will not begin processing e-filed returns until mid-February. Anticipated e-file processing start dates are as follows: Individual – February 11, 2025 Business – February 10, 2025 Fiduciary – February 10, 2025 Once e-filing has been Approved,  you can complete and e-file Colorado returns, however, you will not receive any CO acks other than “pending - waiting for acceptance” until the Colorado DOR begins processing electronically filed returns.
