The TaxAct Professional Support Center will be operating on extended in-season hours starting Monday, January 21. All hours are in Central Standard Time.

  • Monday – Friday: 8 am – 8 pm
  • Saturday: 9 am – 5 pm
  • Sunday: 10 am – 5 pm

Exceptions to these hours will be for peak season (late January/early February) and prior to the April tax filing deadline.

  • January 26 (Saturday): 9 am – 8 pm
  • January 27 (Sunday): 10 am – 8 pm
  • February 2 (Saturday): 9 am – 8 pm
  • February 3 (Sunday): 10 am – 8 pm
  • April 13 (Saturday): 9 am – 8 pm
  • April 14 (Sunday): 10 am – 8 pm
  • April 15 (Monday): 8 am – midnight
