The TaxAct Professional Support Center will be operating on extended in-season hours starting Monday, January 21. All hours are in Central Standard Time.
- Monday – Friday: 8 am – 8 pm
- Saturday: 9 am – 5 pm
- Sunday: 10 am – 5 pm
Exceptions to these hours will be for peak season (late January/early February) and prior to the April tax filing deadline.
- January 26 (Saturday): 9 am – 8 pm
- January 27 (Sunday): 10 am – 8 pm
- February 2 (Saturday): 9 am – 8 pm
- February 3 (Sunday): 10 am – 8 pm
- April 13 (Saturday): 9 am – 8 pm
- April 14 (Sunday): 10 am – 8 pm
- April 15 (Monday): 8 am – midnight
